Tell us what's wrong and a local roofer will be in touch as soon as possible.
Thanks, we've got your request. A local roofer will be in touch as soon as possible. If water is coming in now, put a bucket under it and keep clear of anything that might fall.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is the owner of Roof Repairs Exeter (roofrepairsexeter.co.uk). Contact: quote@roofrepairsexeter.co.uk.
What we collect
Your name, phone number, email address, postcode, details of your roof problem, how urgent it is, and any photo you upload. We also collect basic, anonymous website usage data through cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
Why we collect it
To pass your enquiry to a local roofer so they can contact you, inspect your roof and quote for the work. Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you send the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry.
Who we share it with
One independent local roofing contractor covering your area. We don't sell your details or share them with anyone else, except where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 12 months, then delete them, unless we need to keep them longer to deal with a complaint or a legal requirement. The roofer keeps your details under their own privacy policy once they've contacted you.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email quote@roofrepairsexeter.co.uk to use any of these rights. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
